To book plastic surgery with Top Aesthetics, please follow these steps:

• Click on the "Book Now" button located on our website.
• You will be directed to a page to select "Get a Free Consultation."
• Fill out the form with your personal information and include pictures of the surgical areas.
• You can add any information or questions in the "Message" box.
• Finally, click on the "Submit" button to send your request for evaluation by the surgeon.

You will receive an invoice via email within 72 hours of receiving your deposit. Once you have received the invoice, you may click the 'review and pay' button and pay any amount online to reduce your balance. Outstanding balances must be paid in full at least three weeks before surgery.

It is crucial to remember that after your surgery, you will need to remain in town for a minimum of five days. To ensure a smooth and successful recovery, adding the Premium Stay package, recommended by the surgeon, is essential. Staying in town for five days after your surgery will allow you to receive any necessary follow-up care and check-ups with your surgeon. During this time, your surgeon and the medical team will monitor your progress and ensure your recovery is as planned.

Compression garments are included for our patients undergoing BBL procedures. We offer specially designed booty pillows to support and reduce pressure on the surgical area. Additionally, we provide surgical bras for patients undergoing breast procedures to ensure that the chest area is properly supported during recovery. In addition to these products, we provide creams specifically formulated to prevent scarring, swelling, and bruising. When you choose our clinic, you can trust that you will receive the highest quality care and products to support your post-surgery recovery.

In the Standard Stay package, you will receive three days and two nights for yourself and one guest over 18, a 10-hour recovery assistant, and transportation to and from the surgical center.

In the Premium Stay package, you will receive seven days and six nights for yourself and one guest over 18, a recovery assistant for 30 hours divided into three days, three lymphatic massages, and transportation to and from the surgical center.

There are no additional fees.

These services are not included; however, your health insurance plan may cover them.

We offer various convenient payment methods for your surgical procedure. You can easily pay the balance using a credit or debit card through your invoice.

If you prefer financing, we provide options such as Care Credit, Patient Fi (12 months without interest), and Alphaeon (6 months without interest). Contact the respective companies directly to take advantage of these financing options.

Please note that full payment of the remaining balance is required three weeks before your surgical procedure. This ensures that all financial matters are addressed in advance and helps avoid delays or rescheduling.

For preoperative preparation, it is recommended that you start taking the following vitamins three months before your surgery and continue for three months after your surgery:

• Vitamin C: Take 1000mg once a day.
• Folic acid: Take 800mcg once a day.
• Vitamin B12: Take 1000mcg once a day.
• Iron: Take 64mg three times a day.

If you have a vitamin D deficiency, it is advised to take 2000 IU of vitamin D once a day. Additionally, during your preoperative appointment, you will be provided with a one-week supply of Arnica pills. These pills are intended to help reduce swelling and bruising.

Anesthesia uses drugs to induce unconsciousness, block pain signals, and relax muscles during surgery. General anesthesia is utilized for all surgeries, where drugs are administered intravenously and inhaled to render the patient unconscious and unresponsive to pain. Local anesthesia, such as an Exparel shot, involves directly applying or injecting anesthetics to numb a smaller, localized area.

The medical questionnaire should include all the medications you are currently taking. After reviewing the questionnaire, our medical team will guide when you should discontinue any medication before undergoing surgery. At Top Aesthetics, we prioritize the safety of our patients above all else. Before undergoing any surgery, obtaining medical clearance from your healthcare provider is crucial. This process typically involves undergoing blood tests. To get started, we will email you a link to complete a comprehensive medical questionnaire. Once you have completed and submitted the form, you will receive a lab order and clearance form via email. These documents should be taken to your doctor or clinic for completion and then faxed or emailed back to us, along with the medical clearance. We kindly ask that you complete and submit all the necessary paperwork at least four weeks before your scheduled surgery.

After undergoing surgery, it's important to be aware of the potential risks associated with the recovery process. One such risk is the development of blood clots, specifically deep vein thrombosis (DVT) and pulmonary embolism (PE). While these complications may not always be directly caused by the surgical procedure, they can pose a significant threat, particularly if you have a pre-existing condition. To minimize the risk, early mobility plays a crucial role in preventing the formation of blood clots. By recognizing the importance of early mobility and following the advice of healthcare professionals, you can significantly reduce the likelihood of developing these complications. Our dedicated recovery assistant will provide you and your companion with detailed instructions on how to manage the drain during your recovery period properly. Typically, the drain must remain in place for approximately three weeks. In the event that you are unable to come to our office for drain removal due to being out of town, we offer a convenient solution. You can schedule a video call with our experienced Registered Nurse, who will provide step-by-step guidance through face-to-face communication. This allows you to receive the necessary support and care even if you're not physically present at the clinic.

Following surgery, it is important to maintain a healthy BMI for optimal results. Before surgery, avoid consuming herbal teas and fat burners, as they can increase the risk of bleeding and complications. Omega 3 supplements should also be discontinued. Ensure to inform your surgeon about any medications and dietary supplements you are taking. After surgery, it is recommended to follow a balanced anti-inflammatory diet with an emphasis on high protein intake should be maintained.

Avoid alcohol consumption, as it can lead to weight gain and interfere with medication. Following these dietary guidelines will support your recovery and help achieve the best possible outcomes.
